Returns
The customer has a period of 15 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, within this period the customer bears the return costs. In this case, the material must come in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
If the product is defective, it will be exchanged for another one or refunded. Prior approval by our technical department.
Once the customer has requested a return, they will be provided with a return reference.
If a refund is required, this will be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise by us.
